The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017, enacted on December 22, 2017, is the largest tax bill in more than three decades. Substantive changes are now imminent in all areas of taxation and individuals and businesses understandably have questions and seek clarification regarding the changes in the new federal law.
