September 20 marked a day for CPAs across the state to join together and give back to the communities in which they live, work, and play. DMJ and Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) from across North Carolina took to their communities on Friday, September 20, 2013, for the second annual CPA Day of Service. In support of the annual event, DMJ professionals spearheaded a book and school supply drive to benefit The Teacher’1270418_703853999628138_2002946609_os Supply Warehouse of Guilford County.

Hosted by the North Carolina Association of CPAs (NCACPA), this exciting event is a symbol of the dedication CPAs have toward their cities and state. The association currently serves as the voice of more than 13,000 members in North Carolina. Every day CPAs serve their communities as trusted business advisors to companies and individuals; CPA Day of Service allows these same professionals to serve in other ways.
