Responsibilities include general accounting duties; preparation of individual and/or corporate tax returns, makes adjusting journal entries and prepares financial statements; participates in implementing tactical plans for achieving the firm's strategic business objectives; provides leadership for Staff Accountants on specific engagements; works to attract, develop and retain clients; and engages in civic and community activities.

Requirements include:

• 4-year accounting degree
• 2-5 years public accounting experience
• CPA (preferred, will consider CPA candidates)
• Good computer skills, including MS Word & Excel
• Stable work history
