Cynthia has been involved in healthcare for more than 25 years specializing in the medical and dental arenas, practice management, and compliance issues. Cynthia has supervised different departments, worked with reimbursements and accounts receivable, inventory control, hiring and training employees, OSHA, HIPAA, directed daily operations of clinics and determined correct medical procedure and diagnostic coding.

Cynthia is a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) through the American Academy of Professional Coders. As a part-time instructor at Guilford Technical Community College in Greensboro, NC for the past several years, Cynthia teaches CPT Coding, ICD-9-CM Coding and Understanding Health Insurance.

Cynthia is a registered Radiological Technologist (RT) and received her degree from the Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, NC. She has worked as a RT in a hospital setting, a radiology office and in several orthopedic practices.

She is a member of the following organizations: American Academy of Professional Coders, Guilford Medical and Dental Managers, Greater Greensboro Medical Group Managers, North Carolina Medical Group Managers, Medical Group Management Association, North Carolina Pediatric Society, and American Society of Radiological Technologists.

Cynthia, a mother of four, lives in Greensboro with her husband and is a member of Lutheran Church of Our Father.
